Berit Lewis is the author of the book Ageing Upwards - a mindfulness based framework that inspires the readers to take responsibility for their own happiness and ageing process with mental flexibility and self-compassion.
Berit is a keynote speaker on how individuals and organisations can navigate in an ageing and ageist society.
As well as being an experienced Mindfulness Teacher, she holds a MSc in Health, Ageing and Society, a BA (Honours) in Psychology, a MA in Communication and has carried out Mindfulness Based Vitality & Ageing research in cooperation with Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC) and Leyden Academy of Vitality and Ageing in the Netherlands.
